1980 Establishment of ‘Dongban Plastics’
1989 Changed to ‘Dongwoo Precision Plastics’
1993 Development of reptile maze container (combat tray) and acquisition of patent
1996 Converted to a corporation as ‘Dongwoo Co., Ltd.’ (Expansion of automation facility line and expansion of extrusion sheet production line)
1998 Developed color pot (pot for flowers) and began production for the first time in Korea
‘Agricultural reagent pot’ jointly developed with Japan’s ‘TOKAI KASE’
Production commenced and entire quantity exported to Japan
2000 Awarded ‘1 Million Dollar Export Tower’ (Korea International Trade Association)
Acquired ‘ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System’ (CCASS, UK)
2001 Selected as a ‘Promising Export Small and Medium Business’ (Gyeonggi Small and Medium Business Export Support Center)
2004 Additional introduction of machinery equipment for export production line
2005 Establishment and production of ‘Eco-friendly biodegradable PLA’ division
